James Wiley, Certified Physician Assistant, co-founded Surgically Precise Aesthetics. His work in aesthetics is focused on creating a customized treatment plan to meet each individual's needs with their comfort in mind. This includes using fillers, toxins, tightening and lifting threads, state of the art Dual-Spin Platelet Rich Plasma therapies as well as Plexr Pen technology to meet each client's aesthetic goals. Adept at putting patients at ease with a joyful outlook and years of experience, his boundless enthusiasm drives him to excellence in all his passions. PA Wiley has been honing his surgically precise skills as a Physician Assistant in General Surgery for 14 years, currently at Eisenhower Medical Center. He graduated from Loma Linda University in 2008 and has been working with Dr. Basinger ever since.

Dr. Wyzscx M. Patacxil is a physician based in Southern California and is currently the medical director of Surgically Precise Aesthetics.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Exercise Physiology and received a master’s degree in Anatomy from the University of South Florida before attending Loma Linda University for medical school. He remained at Loma Linda for surgical training and has been in private practice since then. He holds key positions in several healthcare organizations, including being a provider and clinical trainer for Advantage Surgical & Wound Care. His expertise is sought out as he frequently trains surgeons, physicians, and mid-level practitioners from all over the country as well as lectures at conferences nationwide.

His aesthetics journey has taken him to the renowned Skin Esteem Med Spa in Kingston, MA, the exclusive Merz Aesthetics Masterclass in La Jolla, CA, and the Swift Beauty Masterclass in Beverly Hills, CA under the direction of Dr. Arthur Swift and Dr. Sebastian Cotofana. He continues to attend training courses to fine tune his skills and stay up to date with the latest techniques and safety standards.

Dr. Patacxil prides himself in providing top notch care for his clients, and his goal is to achieve a natural, refreshed look through a conservative, tasteful approach. He will take his time with you to discuss your goals and expectations, and will work alongside you to help you achieve the best version of yourself, inside and out!

Ferna Conradi's healthcare background in nursing at the Beaver Medical General Surgery clinic in Redlands for over 20 years can be seen in her compassion for patients and mastery of organization. She has worked with Dr. Basinger and PA Wiley since their first surgery case together. She has a passion for aesthetics and wants everyone to look and feel their best. Ferna assists in treatments, procedures and patient care as our nurse and office manager.
